In case a folder was “submitted” (“marked completed” in future release), WebLab would load its submission page in view-mode, and link to the other child-assignments in view-mode.
Inline-displayed collections already load their child-assignments in read-only mode for completed submissions, so there is no need to load the folder-submission in read-only.

Loading the submission page for a folder in “edit” view, independent of its state, would reduce the number of indirections and make browsing over submissions easier.
