The derivation of submitted status at the folder-level was incorrect. It only checked the existing submissions within that folder for a student, while there could be other public assignments within that folder for which no submission was created yet. E.g., when a new assignment gets published after a week. This should trigger “submitted” submissions to become “not submitted” again.
