If a submission has not started (=there is no last-saved-at recorded), and the submission gets graded (e.g., within an inline displayed folder where other submissions are non-empty) WebLab would set the completed-at and last-saved-at dates of the submission to the moment of grading. In case a deadline is set, this causes the submission to be late, which results in the base-grade.

Fix: On grading a submission that has no save-date yet, mark the submission completed on time, i.e. before the deadline.
