For example, you just create an exam-folder (hidden by default), and you want to hide this folder for the course-level TAs (with manager and observer roles). This can be achieved by overriding the staff at the assignment level.
However, when I add myself as overridden manager at the exam-folder level, the observers are not overridden automatically, which leaves the exam folder accessible by all course-level TAs. The interface is really unclear on how to set this up, or how current configuration works out.
