Some issues observed during deletion of the bulk course editions:
- It calls getSubtreeIds() on removed assignments, causing NPE because Assignment.course is null.
- For Review questions, the excludedSubmissions were not cleared, hindering deletion of these submissions.
- Deletion of submissions may, in some cases, trigger the creation of a new TextChange entity. Repeat cleanup of TextChange ents after deleting the submissions for an Assignment.
