Given the recent exam experience, this should be implemented urgently (before the 30 June exam)

The user interface (https://weblab.tudelft.nl/assignment/3109) suggests that grades are visible to students (using the new icon in the overview), but the Actions menu only provides the Publish Grades entry (and not the Hide Grades) entry, which seems to suggest that grades are not public. However, when checking, it is indeed the case that grades are public. This needs to be fixed this week.

In this case, there is a parent collection with the grades set to public. If I “fix” it by only showing the grades for assignments with grades set to public, you might still find out if some answer is correct by looking at a grade at a higher level of the assignment tree (although it’s not calculated realtime).
