Compute ranking of students for an assignment and for the entire course, based on, for example:

• who submitted first who submitted first correct solution
• who submitted fasted solution -> https://yellowgrass.org/issue/WebLab/623
• who submitted best who submitted correct solution with least spec-test attempts

Show ranking to students, but maybe not the list with names. Optionally, allow students to indicate whether they want to be listed.
