When an extension is given and the comment field is filled in, there are two buttons:
Save and Submit

• The behavior of these buttons is unclear (why are there two, shouldn’t one be Cancel?)
• Save works as expected: Comment is published and extension administered.
• Submit seems to administer the extension, but not publish the Comment.
