Host the scala API at weblab.tudelft.nl
The Scala API should be moved from
http://department.st.ewi.tudelft.nl/scala/api
to http://weblab.tudelft.nl/scala/api
Note that it should be the same API that is currently hosted at the department since that is compatible with the version of Scala we are using.
