When we use WebLab to sign off free questions, the TAs currently poll the question for ungraded submissions. It would be good to have an updated list, from which a TA can pick submissions. Ideally, this list should also avoid that two TAs pick the same question.

You can already assign submissions to graders.

But from where do they start? I like to use all TAs on the incoming answers, but avoid two of them picking the same submission. In the context of sign offs, it is not really feasible to split questions between TAs. You typically get a high number of submissions for an early question at the same time, and for a later question again at the same time.

Can you explain the workflow? I don’t understand what you are doing.
