Currently, when an assignment is being graded with tests and a checklist, the grade is only computed when the checklist has been processed by a grader. This is unfortunate, since it means that the statistics of the assignment are not useful and provide a bad monitoring tool for instructors.

Thus, it would be better if the grade of a submission would be computed as if all checkboxes were false (which they are by default). That gives the instructor a better impression of how students are doing.
