Support editing user's name
Users should be able to edit their name, e.g. adding first name for netid-based accounts. (But we need to retain the original name as well; user should not be able to change name into name of an instructor in order to trick being added as a course manager.)
For that matter: when configuring course staff, the interface should not just show the full name, but also the user account identity (email address) to avoid this problem.
