Change `/view` to `/read-only` on submission page
This makes it more clear why some students cannot edit their assignment.

Also: Check if submission links don’t stay at/read-onlywhen navigating from an old, non-editable, submission to a newer one that can still be edited.

I’ll keep the
/viewpart in the URL, but when viewing an assignment someone can edit, it shows an alert where one can switch to the edit view of the submission.
