When you submit a subassignment (for instance the first programming task in a series of 3 tasks), you get output that would indicate you are already done with the top-level assignment. In the example below submitting “Task 4” seems to indicate you are done with “Greedy Algorithms”, whereas the latter has many more subassignments.

Suggested solution: only show this text if all subassignments have been submitted, or just never show it ;)
