Grade CSV upload broken
Uploading a CSV for grade import seems broken in the top panel of this page. Updating the file in a panel for an already created grade-import seems to work (as a workaround).

This was a persistence issue. The file was not stored when the container entity (
GradeImport) got persisted in the same request/hib session.
