Determining the managers within an assignment should yield:

• only overridden managers at this assignment -or-
• when no overridden managers are configured, the overridden managers from the first ancestor assignment with overridden managers -or-
• when no overridden managers exists, the managers configured at the course edition

It now takes just all overridden managers (from all levels up) and the course managers, which is incorrect.
