When assignment (texts) are copied, it may happen that it links to an image or file resource from another assignment.
While these links are valid for course staff, the links may be inaccessible for students, i.e. when the other assignment is not available for students.

This recently happened during an exam (image not visible by students), because course staff could just see the items.
To prevent this from happening again, display a warning to course staff when resources from other assignments are used.
