Add a page with checks for issues in exam configuration that can be done automatically.
The page should have:

• view/edit of exam start/endtime/deadline
• info/nav to extended deadline configuration

• manual tasks list
• overview of assignment types used, weighted and unweighted
• checks with info and warnings on configuration fields we previously checked manually

  • exam tickets configuration

  • discussion feature
  • timed assignment configuration
  • variants configuration
  • assignments (not) public, grades and answers not public
  • no dependencies used
  • no empty exam folder description
• new checks
  • nested timed assignments
  • nested variants
  • assignments in an inline collection being compatible with this view
  • all assignments with resource links point to assignment itself
