Support appending files in SSL_fopen in Stratego/J
The following should append the word “test” to a file:
(“test\n”, (“/tmp/t.txt”, “a”)); fcloseSee https://mailman.st.ewi.tudelft.nl/pipermail/users/2010-June/000210.html.
