Link to tab #anchor breaks tab switching behaviour
When a link has a href to some tab on the same page, e.g.
Submitted by Elmer van Chastelet on 30 July 2015 at 16:02[#Call-for-Papers](Call for papers), the tab won’t open when clicking the link, and on loading the page with the linked hash at the end, the tab also won’t open.

there seems to be a number of broken anchor links so not sure what is going on in the system.
