Support different start symbols

Changing the start symbol is not yet supported and shows a warning: Start symbols are currently ignored in SPT core. We hope to fix this soon.

This is fixed in the latest version.
The start symbol header can be used in a SPT file.

I can’t close issues, but this issue can be closed.
