See also Spoofax/162. One of the big use cases for these recover rules is content completion. Maybe we don’t really need the annotation there anyway?

Fixed in revision 21142 (to be included in 0.5.2). Seems like the
ParseErrorHandlerclass simply ignored errors recovered using rules without the standard water/insertion constructors.
