Add a "clean" ant target to the build file
One use case right now would be cleaning the parse cache in case concrete syntax is used in the project.

Implemented more thorough cleaning in r25753.
The part of this issue regarding reloading of unmanaged parse tables (used for concrete syntax) is open at Spoofax/574.
