Closing a project triggers editor-analyse and 'on save' on every file
When closing a project, Eclipse probably thinks all files have disappeared and file system notifications are triggered. These notifications trigger the editor-analyse and ‘on save’ handler of the closing project causing all files to be re-analyzed and ‘on save’ being called for each of them: http://pastebin.com/7FKw7XbG
