Online docs: Eclipse software site

The site where the Spoofax/IMP Eclipse plugin can be downloaded is not consistent across the http://strategoxt.org/Spoofax site. I’ve seen http://www.lclnet.nl/update and http://spoofax.org/update/stable. http://www.lclnet.nl/update/nightly is also mentioned but http://spoofax.org/update/nightly seems to work too. Please be consistent or describe the differences between the sites.

I found three occurrences by googling: Continuous build, debugging, semantic index (which should be taken offline anyway). Replaced http://lclnet.nl/update by http://spoofax.org/update.
