Document incompatibility with Eclipse WST/WTP
Spoofax error marking functionality currently collides with that of XML editors included in Eclipse WTP, as described in https://yellowgrass.org/issue/Spoofax/620.
This issue is about documenting the incompatibility somewhere close to the update site location, in a visible place. The documentation should mention that:

- the recommended flavour of Eclipse is classic.
- manually adding a content-type extension to a Spoofax language in plugin.xml solves this issue for deployed plugins.
- the incompatibility is only apparent when defining languages with file extensions that are associated with the XML content type in Eclipse, e.g. net, xml, xmi, xds …
