STR-300: asfix: support paragraph preservation
Pretty-printing isnot enough for making source code tidy. Often, sections/paragraphs are used to indicate the structure of code. Preserving these paragraphs should be supported by a parser and pretty-printer. Implement a tool similar to asfix-anno-comments for this.
