STR-334: Separate compilation does not support overlays.
Overlays cannot be separately compiled: they are simply dropped.
The most easy solution would be to include the overlay definitions in libfoo.str, just like the signatures, but for some reason that results in the overloaded definition error message.
Any ideas how to work around this right now?
