#419 STR-419: gen-renamed-sdf-module: do not rename LAYOUT non-terminals (project StrategoXT on YellowGrass.org)

gen-renamed-sdf-module should not rename non-terminals that are reachable from LAYOUT. This might be a complex analysis, but it will speed up language embeddings considerably.
