STR-544: "make uninstall" and XTC
“make uninstall” does not look to delete the XTC file. It is a problem when trying upgrading.

I was wondering if you have a suggestion for checking if the current directory is the top_srcdir, since the uninstall-local extension should only be applied at the top-level (I guess). Is it ok to check if top_srcdir is equal to . ?
