Libraries can now be used for the parsing as well as the pretty-printing of programs. This reduces the dependecies of a Stratego/XT application to the libraries of Stratego/XT. For this, it would be useful to provide these libraries as a separate package.

A few things to do:
- Create a buildfarm job for the libraries.
- XTC registration should be optional (controlled from configure.ac) to avoid a dependency on the xtc tool
- Document how to use this package to reduce the size and complexity of the dependencies
- Try to make the libraries package relocatable (should be possible)
