WebDSL editor gives this error at all acccess control rules:
cannot have access control rules without a principal declaration:while the application does declare the principal.

Note that the command-line compiler from the same editor installation does not have this problem.
Also: the command-line compiler succeeds in building the WebLab application, but the ‘build project’ in Eclipse fails.
