A typical feature used with WikiText fields is storing of old revisions. It would be nice to have a special type for versioned WikiText that adds automatic revision storing (for each commit that changes the field make a new revision) and functions for viewing and restoring old versions. This versioned WikiText type can also be used to provide generic templates for visually comparing revisions and related operations.
