Re-specify name resolution and type analysis based on NaBL
To test and showcase the definitive NaBL release, we specify name binding and scope rules of WebDSL in NaBL. Type analysis and error checking needs to be adjusted accordingly.

An existing NaBL definition for WebDSL can be found at https://svn.strategoxt.org/repos/WebDSL/webdsls/webdsl-editor/trunk/trans/names.nd, but it contains many hacks and is messy.
