0-weight sub-assignment considered for pass-n submissions in folder grade calculation
Grade log shows a weight of 1.0E-10, while 0.0 is entered and shown in configuration UI and on stats page.
0-weight assignments should only be selected for pass-n when all sub-assignments have 0 weight
