- reset = reset to unsaved (=empty answers or reset to template (programming), but not deleting submissions); keep revisions; keep discussions;
- variant? you keep the same variant. Allowing other variant is different feature/functionality.
- reset capability should be enabled explicitly by course staff, but can be applied recursively
- default is false, even when imported/copied/created within folder which has it enabled
- on reset, show a dialog with confirmation and a view of the subtree (with checkboxes for selection?) for submissions to reset. Show assignments which cannot be reset as greyed out, including the reason why
- indicator for not passed deadline
- let student type sentence as confirmation (?)
- do not reset assignments that may not be edited or are “high risk”, i.e.:
- a passed deadline or inaccessible assignment
- exam tickets enabled
- have reset-function set to false
- for now, don’t support group submissions
- keep in mind that there may be “feedback” assignments (at the end of a folder), which staff doesn’t like to be reset, so they should be able to disable this feature.
