Issue types are now recorded inline, not as a tag. Record them as tag and add functionality. Furthermore, classification should have regular meta tagging support and some ui functionality.

Yellowgrass now supports an issue type meta tag. This means that any tag can be used as issue types. Issue types are automatically colored, shown as first tag in a tag list and used in a drop down box when entering a new issue. As issue types are tags, project members now are free to invent their own issue types, delete existing issue types and change the type of an existing issue.
