The issue type “Error” should read “Bug” or “Defect” or something like that, because an “error” can be perfectly fine behaviour.

In the next version (hopefully available today), issue types are no longer fixed in YellowGrass, but are tags, just like any other. To make a tag an issue tag, it should be meta tagged. As issue types are now tags, project members are free to choose their own issue types and remove the default ones if desired. Hence, error can be dropped in favor of bug or defect.
