Responsive issue lists
Tables with issues are not responsive to changes in browser size. Change to use grid spans to make responsive.

Implemented.
Row in issue ‘table’ is now a gridRow, which turns into three separate lines when viewport is small. Moved columns around a bit to make this more natural.
Rows for issues that are done have a grey background and link colors are darker grey; should put focus on open issues with blue links.
May require some more tweaking.

Another refactoring puts the issue title and the tags (right aligned) in the same column so that they fit on the same line more often. This configuration produces adequate results on desktop and tablet. Phone display can use more work, probably by leaving out tags in issue lists.
