Posting a comment causes an error, but comment is posted anyway (2)
Posting a comment to an issue shows the error:
Submitted by Gabriël Konat on 6 February 2013 at 11:48An error occured while processing your request, but the comment is posted and the page is updated anyway. The comment box with the comment stays open after posting as well, probably because of the error.

I also encountered the problem and tried to find what was happening but was not clear and it is not easy to reproduce it. Switching browsers seems to decrease the rate of occurrences but still encounter it.
