Add follow/unfollow button to issues (1)
Users that are not a project member cannot start to follow issues. Furthermore, the !follower syntax is not always clear. Therefore, a follow and unfollow button (only visible to users not already on the mailing list) should improve usability.

Done. Added a follow button. It is a combination of follow and vote. Voting raises the issue on the project’s home page. Not an unfollow button yet. Might be nice in the next version as well.
