Merging the track name with the conference name sometimes results in name duplication (and confusion) in a track’s title.
e.g. for a conference PLDI 2020 with track PLDI Research Papers, the track title rendered on the track page became:
PLDI 2020 PLDI Research Papers.

Instead of merging, let’s just display the full track name, and when the track name does not contain the conference name, render the conference name on the right of the page header in muted (grey) color.
