Customize display of sub-conference type headings (right column in Tracks menu)
For some types we don’t want to prefix the heading with “co-hosted” (e.g. Workshops and Contests).

Conference types can now have a heading field that overrides the default display of the type in the tracks menu.
This field is global and only configurable by system administrators.
