Track schedules can be shared to create blended sessions (with events from multiple tracks). The shared schedule was restricted to only support tracks from the same conference instance. With this change, shared tracks from other conferences will also be supported for shared tracks..

This enables the setup where 2 co-located events (CLEs), e.g. ICSSP 2020 and ICGSE 2020, with a common parent conference, e.g. ICSE 2020, will have a shared schedule.
