Links to previous ICER (e.g. ICER 2018: https://icer.acm.org/icer-2018/) lead to 404 error.

Thank you for reporting this. The icer.acm.org domain name is not managed by conf.researchr.org. We have reported this to the ICER web chair. The DNS entry for icer.acm.org was changed last week to point to the new website. However, this renders the older editions unreachable. We’ve suggested to revert this change and use a different domain for ICER 2020
