General conference registration feature that can be enabled on request by administrators.
This version supports:

• conference registration using conf.researchr.org account
• open/close date of registration
• approval of registration status by content managers (after registration, the status is pending, and can be approved or rejected by content managers)
• ability to delete your own registration
• overview of [approved/pending/rejected] registrations
• customization of registration page (title and text)
• toggle to display/hide the link to registration page in the menu
• integration with regmaster to validate registration using unique registration token provided by regmaster
