Management links of sub-conferences not displayed when only editor/manager at the track level
The sub-conference sidebar displayed on management pages of a conference only displays sub-conferences for which one is content manager/editor at the conference edition level.

Fix: also display links to management of the individual track(s) of a conference a user is editor/manager for.
