Styling improvements for Detailed Session Table
Make it easier to distinct the information shown in the detailed session table (the program view used by default)

- change start/end time of events: render start time muted, change end time to show duration in minutes
- align session heading with event titles
- put event titles in
<strong>tags- show session start/end time as label
- render event type muted
- improve layout
