Person suggestions: preserve ranked order when boosting multiple suggestions based on affiliation/roles
When looking up persons, e.g. during import of accepted papers, persons that are already affiliated with the conference will be ranked higher.

However, when more than 1 person gets boosted, the boosted persons get ranked in reverse order (bug).
