One could create a venue X for conference edition Edt, but X could then be added to the venues for a subEdt (subconference of Edt), allowing the content editors of subEdt to change the venue details of X.
This was possible at any level in the federation.

Fix: don’t allow adding an existing venue that is already bound to another conference edition.
